Release notes: Initial release of the LUI calculation tool as a BEXIS 2(1) module. It is based on the work done for the former edition of the calculation software which was developed within the Biodiversity Exploratories project(2) for the fomer edition of the information system which was called BExIS (be aware of the notation, no number). The current version provides the same functionality as the first edition. Information: The LUI calculation tool has been developed to calculate the index of land-use intensity (LUI) according to Blüthgen et al. (2012), based on information from the land owners on mowing, grazing and fertilization (Vogt et al. 2019) and your selections via a user-friendly interface.
