The Discover platform offers access to research data from projects related to LMU Munich. It provides a one-stop search entry point and enables a targeted search for relevant research data. Discover is an important resource for researchers and students, allowing them to access a wide range of data covering the broad spectrum of research at LMU Munich.
The amount of genetic research data for Vaccinium is steadily increasing and there is a need for a system that can organize, filter and provide analysis of the available research to be directly applied in breeding programs. The Genome Database for Vaccinium (GDV) is a curated and integrated web-based relational database. The GDV integrates genomic, genetic and breeding data for blueberry, cranberry and other Vaccinium species. The GDV includes Vaccinium genomes, annotated transcripts, traits, maps and markers.

The Land Processes Distributed Active Archive Center (LP DAAC) operates as a partnership between the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) dedicated to enabling natural resource managers, disaster responders, academia, and industry to investigate, characterize, and monitor land surface processes. By providing access to trusted, well-documented earth science datasets at no cost, LP DAAC supports a large community of users across science applications ranging from agriculture and geology to urban heat and wildfire mitigation. LP DAAC processes, archives, and distributes more than 14 petabytes of land remote sensing data from major missions.
GeneNetwork is a group of linked data sets and tools used to study complex networks of genes, molecules, and higher order gene function and phenotypes. GeneNetwork combines more than 25 years of legacy data generated by hundreds of scientists together with sequence data (SNPs) and massive transcriptome data sets (expression or eQTL data sets). GeneNetwork was created in 1994 as The Portable Dictionary of the Mouse Genome, and became WebQTL in 2001. In 2005 it was renamed GeneNetwork.
DIONYSUS contains structures of all the protein-carbohydrate interfaces found in the Protein Data Bank. Each binding site is annotated according to specialized and general databases. Use the interactive form above to find DIONYSUS entries using keywords, amino acid sequence or protein structure. The complete set of parameters for database search is available in Search tab. You can also perform a structural comparison of carbohydrate binding sites and explore their clusters. Finally, we provide a tool for glycosylations analysis. Detailed information on DIONYSUS organisation and different functions is provided in Help page. Note from the FAIRsharing team: Due to ongoing modifications on the corresponding websites, some links may currently be inaccessible. We are actively working to locate the relevant data/files and restore access as soon as possible. In the meantime, this record has been classified as uncertain until further updates.

OPEN-ADAS is a public version of the ADAS Project’s atomic data repository, jointly developed with the IAEA, offering free access to selected high-quality fundamental and derived data for fusion research. Its data classes include things like electron impact ionisation, radiative recombination, charge-exchange cross-sections, and photon emissivity coefficients.
LegioList is a database dedicated to the analysis of the genomes of Legionella pneumophila strain Paris (endemic in France), strain Lens (epidemic isolate), strain Phildelphia 1, and strain Corby. It also includes the genome of Legionella longbeachae strain NSW150.
The NIDA Data Share web site is an electronic environment that allows data from completed clinical trials to be distributed to investigators and the public in order to promote new research, encourage further analyses, and disseminate information to the community. Secondary analyses produced from data sharing multiply the scientific contribution of the original research.
