Abstract

RESUMEN: En el siguiente trabajo se desarrolla un proyecto de innovación educativa realizado en el CEIP José María de Pereda en Los Corrales de Buelna, un colegio público que se encuentra en Cantabria. Dicho trabajo se centra en el último curso de los alumnos de Educación Infantil. El objetivo principal que se quiere conseguir con este proyecto de innovación es fomentar el desarrollo emocional de los niños por medio de las relaciones intergeneracionales gracias a la colaboración con una Residencia de ancianos que pertenece también al municipio. El proyecto se lleva a cabo por la necesidad de dar voz a ambos grupos generacionales y otorgarles un papel más valioso en la sociedad. Este proyecto trata de fomentar e incrementar en los centros educativos un nuevo estilo de aprendizaje basado en la colaboración y cooperación entre las generaciones con el fin de obtener beneficios para ambos grupos de participantes. La metodología que se ha empleado está basada en el paradigma sociocrítico, el modelo de cambio profundo de Senge y el modelo sistémico. Para ello, se han propuesto una serie de actividades atractivas, dinámicas y enriquecedoras. Asimismo, cabe destacar que, para llevar a cabo la evaluación, se utilizarán hojas de registro, observación y entrevistas con las familias de los participantes. Durante todo el proyecto se tendrá en cuenta tanto a los niños como a las personas mayores favoreciendo su motivación y aprendizaje en todo momento.

ABSTRACT: In the following work is put into practice an educational innovation project carried out at CEIP José María de Pereda in Los Corrales de Buelna, a public school located in Cantabria. This work focuses on the last course of the students of Early Childhood Education. The main objective of this innovation project is to foster the emotional development of children through intergenerational relationships through collaboration with a nursing home that also belongs to the municipality. The project is carried out by the need to give voice to both generational groups and to give them a more valuable role in society. This project seeks to foster and increase in schools a new style of learning based on collaboration and cooperation between generations in order to obtain benefits for both groups of participants. The methodology that has been used is based on the socio-critical paradigm, Senge's profound change model and the systemic model. To this end, a series of attractive, dynamic and enriching activities have been proposed. It should also be noted that, in order to carry out the evaluation, registration, observation and interview sheets will be used with the families of the participants. Throughout the project will take into account both children and older people favoring their motivation and learning at all times.
