Abstract

The emotional intelligence, in general, is not a tool that makes people able to manage their emotions, but it affects in the integral development of students and on the capacity of keeping social relations. Thus, the present final degree project aims to enhance and to provide to the kindergarten cycle pupils the needed tools and resources for the development of their intelligence. Five blocks where different socio-emotional competences are worked (Bisquerra, 2000): emotional awareness, emotional regulation, personal autonomy, social competence and life skills for well-being. In the present proposal an observation work is carried out by the teacher and he or she would check the improvement in the different proposed aspects. This didactic unit is considered from the point of view of a participatory methodology, where the students have an active role in their learning process and meaningful learning will have a central role.
