Na Era da Informação e, mais precisamente, na conjuntura de rede onde estamos imersos, muitos são os desafios e os problemas que não podemos apenas enfrentar, mas devemos estudar com minúcia e profundidade a fim de irmos encontrando as respostas globais e específicas mais adequadas. Neste artigo aborda-se um problema composto a partir de problemáticas que foram surgindo e sendo abordadas em diferentes disciplinas e campos científicos e que não pode ser omisso ou até secundarizado na agenda de pesquisa em Ciência da Informação. O problema aqui tratado tem a ver com a convergência, no comportamento informacional das pessoas, da inclusão digital, em curso (com as respetivas competências TIC) com a literacia informacional, traduzida na capacidade crítica de buscar, avaliar, escolher e usar informação nos mais diversos contextos. Evoca-se, propósito, um projeto ainda em curso, intitulado A Literacia informacional no Espaço Europeu do Ensino Superior eLit.pt, no qual é ensaiada uma abordagem exploratória da aptidão instrumental em nível informático associada à capacidade crítica face à informação. E enfrenta-se o problema e desenha-se um esboço de programa de pesquisa geral e norteador.

In this Informational era, and more precisely, in this net conjecture that we are immersed, many are the challenges and the problems that not even can we deal with, that also we should study in detail and with deepness to find more global, specific and adequate responses. In this article it is broached a problem composed by other problems that emerged and were approached in different subjects and scientific fields and cannot be omitted or even had as minor in the Informational Science research timing. The problem here mentioned refers to the convergence in course (with the respective TIC skills), in the peoples Informational behavior, the digital inclusion, with the Informational literacy, translated in the skills to find, evaluate, choose and use the informational on the most diverse environments. It is invoked a project still in course, entitled The informational Science in the European Space in the Higher Education eLit.pt, in which it is rehearsal an exploratory approach of the instrumental skills in informatics level associated to the critical ability towards information. And we stand up to the problem and draw a sketch for a research of directional and global program.
