Abstract

The problems of inter-functional logistic coordination are considered in the article, the most actual mechanisms of logistic coordination are identified and the ways of their development are determined on the basis of: standardization, horizontal management, creation of common information space at enterprises, joint definition of demand, improvement of staff motivation system. In the author’s opinion, the use of the mechanisms considered in the practice of the companies allows the best way to harmonize the joint activities of the subdivisions of the enterprises participating in the supply chains.
