
В статье рассмотрены вопросы карьерной самоэффективности юных баскетболистов. Выборка юных баскетболистов 15–16 лет включала 116 чел., а баскетболистов 17–18 лет – 108 чел. Для решения поставленных задач была использована шкала источников карьерной самоэффективности (CSESS). Результаты исследования показали, что приобретение карьерной самоэффективности юными баскетболистами 17– 18 лет, по сравнению с баскетболистами 15–16 лет, в большей степени основано на способности выстроить свое поведение, на косвенном опыте, на вербальном убеждении и на состоянии позитивного эмоционального возбуждения.
This study is focused on career self-efficacy of young (15–16 and 17–18 years old) basketball players. The total number of participants was 116 basketball players, aged 15–16 and 108, aged 17–18. The questionnaire method (Career Decision Self-Efficacy Scale) was used in the study. It has found that career of young basketball players, aged 17–18 if compared to the ones, aged 15–16 (p <0.05) is chiefly based on the vicarious experience, verbal persuasion, positive emotional arousal and good breeding.
