This work deals with the affirmation of the right to education by the cooperative system. The central purpose of the work was to analyze whether it encourages the personality's right to education. As secondary objectives, it was intended to allude to the philosophical assumptions of the right to education in relation to cooperatives; position education as a personality right that is constantly promoted by cooperatives, and demonstrate the strategies to promote the right to education that are being used by cooperatives. The deductive method of approach was used, starting from philosophical, sociological and theoretical-legal foundations. As for the investigation methods, the documentary was used. With the work, it was noted that cooperatives are associative forms directed by universal principles, one of which is education. This includes programs and actions aimed at the human development of cooperative members, with a view to improving their quality of life and understanding the principles and values of cooperativism. Cooperatives constantly affirm the personality's right to education, empowering individuals to reach their full individual and social potential.
