Celtis zenkeri Engler (1900: 22). Type: — AFRICA. Cameroon, Jaunde Station. Urwald. Alt.: 800 m., 23 June 1894, fr., G.A. Zenker & A. Staudt 9 (lectotype, designated here, B barcode 10 0057935!; isolectotypes K barcode 000442481!, P barcode 00253890!). Nomenclatural notes: —Considering that Engler (1900) cited Zenker & Staudt 9 when describing C. zenkeri, but did not indicate the herbarium in which specimens are conserved, we designate the specimen in Herb. B with barcode 10 0057935 as lectotype (ICN Art. 9.3), as this is the only specimen that has fruits, as described by Engler (1900). Taxonomic notes: —Accepted species (Sattarian et al. 2006).
