This deliverable describes the overall communication strategy of the OpenAIRE-Nexus project, along with the dissemination activities and exploitation plan, with the aim of: i. maximising exposure of OpenAIRE-Nexus’ portfolio of services in a quantitative (KPIs) and qualitative way, ii. engaging with EOSC users and fostering collaboration with INFRAEOSC-03 and INFRAEOSC-07 projects. The communication strategy aims to achieve the OpenAIRE-Nexus communication and project objectives. The major components of this strategy presented in the next sections are identified per OpenAIRE-Nexus portfolio service and are based on: ● Project communication goals. ● Service paths towards sustainability and innovation. ● Project communication plan. ● Communication and dissemination channels. ● Exploitation plan. Information from previous experiences and lessons learnt from past OpenAIRE projects and current INFRAEOSC-03, INFRAEOSC-07 projects are also considered. The report is structured to follow the methodology used to describe the value proposition of the OpenAIRE services portfolios, and based on a well-defined business and brand strategy used by entrepreneurship schools -SMART (S.M.A.R.T - Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timely) objectives and metrics -and communicate the messages to OpenAIRE users and the Open Science community. After the initial analysis of the portfolio services, the report focuses on the potential exploitation techniques that can drive the OpenAIRE portfolio services uptake.
