Oxyrhopus sp. “Falsa-coral” (Figs. 16.8 and 29.2) Recorded only in Ibiapaba-Araripe Plateau, Ceará State. It occurs in highlands, altitude above 600 m elevation, in moist relictual forests (Loebmann & Haddad 2010; Ribeiro et al. 2012). The species has terrestrial habits, is nocturnal, and feeds on mammals and lizards.
