IMPLEMENTAREA E-/D-LEARNING IN ��COLILE PROFESIONALE TEHNICE DIN REPUBLICA MOLDOVA

Abstract

In the current situation of pandemic crisis, electronic learning e-Learning and distance learning d-Learning is becoming the most attractive and widespread form of education. Various e-/d-Learning platforms allow the learning of practically anything, by anyone, from wherever there is access to the Internet and whenever it is necessary to the person, in line with the individual level of training and personal constraints. The implementation of e-/d-Learning requires certain infrastructure/endowments, platforms and tools, organisational changes, staff training etc. The paper presents an express study of good practices and national/international experiences in the field, as well as the degree of use of e-/d-Learning in technical vocational schools in the Republic of Moldova in order to outline some strategic directions for sustainable development and improvement of the educational process in vocational schools.

În situația actuală de criză pandemică, învățarea electronică e-Learning, distance/d-Learning devine cea mai atractivă și răspândită formă de educație. Diverse platforme de e-/d-Learning permit învățarea practic a orice, de către oricine, de oriunde este acces la Internet și oricând este necesar individului, conform nivelului de pregătire și constrângerilor personale. Implementarea e-/d-Learning necesită anumite infrastructuri/dotări, platforme și instrumente, schimbări organizaționale, pregătirea personalului etc. În lucrare este prezentat un expres-studiu al bunelor practici și experiențe naționale/internaționale din domeniu, precum și al gradului de utilizare e-/d-Learning în școlile profesionale tehnice ȘPT din Republica Moldova RM cu scopul de a fi trasate unele direcții strategice de dezvoltare durabilă și îmbunătățire a procesului educațional în ȘPT.
