DIAGNOSIS. — As for type and only species (type by monotypy). ETYMOLOGY. — In honour to our missing Jean-Claude Rage friend, who studied fossils from the neighbouring Ibeceten area, and ΧΕΛύζ, turtle (fem.) in greek.
