ABSTRACT The present investigation is one of a quantitative approach and descriptive type; it proposes to describe the organizational climate from the perspective of the processes of community participation of the assistants of an educational institution in Colombia. The data collection was developed through the adaptation of an instrument by Canchón, Plaza and Zapata (2013); the validation used the Cronbach's Alpha technique, obtaining an index of 0.905. The results show that the organizational climate variable in its dimension of school-parent relationship with the dimensions of continuous improvement and family participation and accompaniment, show a positive relationship of (R> 0.5).
