By the method of science and statistics, the key features of the organization system design-at the lands of the Independent Powers are developed. The methodology has been fully adapted to the specifics of the organization of the design system in the territories of the Independent Powers. Within the framework of the topic of science articles, a methodology of the external analysis for education and analysis of specialties is being developed and development is developed at the territories of the Independent Powers. It’s clear that there is a lack of safety and an equal level of organization and design protection for the main designer and the designer.
