Philosophical analysis of modern crisis phenomena, antagonisms and contradictions in the society reveals their interrelation with instability, disintegration and inner disassociation of personality. The attempt of the scientific analysis of the essence of ”integral personality” notion, its formation and historic development in philosophical anthropology, psychology and synergy context with the aim of value orientations of modern philosophy of education definition is done in the paper. The analysis of philosophical heritage of slavophiles on the problem of integrity is the solid background for personality’s Life Creativity conception formation in philosophy of education. The usage of synergetic approach opens the perspective of full development of individual creative potential of the personality in education space.
