Empleo de Neutrosofía en las concepciones relacionadas con la protección integral del derecho a la vida mediante un modelo de recomendación

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se identifican las formas principales de entender el derecho a la vida desde sus concepciones de forma general. Se identifican y analizan las concepciones específicas sobre el derecho a la vida, se utiliza la Neutrosofía para recomendar las concepciones que mayor recepción ha tenido en la literatura y que no se tienen en cuenta para la protección integral que el derecho a la vida posee, teniendo en cuenta que el derecho a la vida es el punto de partida de los demás derechos humanos, en particular, se describen los derechos inherentes al ser humano que, por ínsitos a dicha condición exigen, no sólo su reconocimiento por parte del estado y toda la sociedad, sino también su preservación y la garantía de su existencia y funcionamiento pleno. Sobre la base de tal afirmación, el presente artículo estudio analiza desde una perspectiva, básicamente jurídica, sin dejar a un lado la visión filosófica, no solo su reconocimiento a nivel nacional e internacional, sino también los desafíos y problemas a los que se enfrenta esta problemática, dado los diferentes análisis que sobre esta temática se ha realizado. Análisis que han estado sometido a estudios sociológicos y éticos sobre la interrupción legal de la vida. Por tal motivo el objetivo de la presente investigación es identificar la protección integral del derecho a la vida desde sus concepciones.
