This document compiles the challenges and recommendations resulting from the mutual learning sessions that took place in the context of the OPUS project (WP4) and that stem from the OPUS Pilots’ implementation. It is the revision of D4.2 Mutual Learning Exercise on the Pilots – Initial. These recommendations and challenges derive from the implementation of the OPUS pilots after 18 months of operation. The Pilot organisations (3 RPOs and 2 RFOs) piloted aspects of the Researcher Assessment Framework and its implementing interventions. D4.3 Action Plans to Implement the Pilots – Final includes the most updated information on the pilot’s action plans. At the end of the present document, a summary of the lessons learned / best practices is provided. These results will be instrumental for other institutions interested in implementing the RAF and its interventions.
