Onthophagus (Palaeonthophagus) semicornis (Panzer, 1798) Distribution The species is distributed in southern part of western and central Palaearctic. Ecology The species mostly occurs in steppe biotopes. A generalist coprophage, feeding on ungulate dung, faeces of rodents and birds.
