Habit: Herb[?] up to 0. 5 m, with robust main stem [?]somewhat woody near base, and several long but rather slender branches, erect. Habitat: sandy soil, on elevations below 500 m and rainfall c. 2000 mm /year (f. Wilmot-Dear & Friis 2006). Distribution: Indonesia (southern Sulawesi and Timor Barat). Collections: Timor: without precise locality, van Leeuwen 1482 (L); Timor Barat: Kupang, R. Brown s.n., Apr 1803 (BM!).
