Hochschulstrategie Als Prozess. Zum Allgemeinen Und Hochschulspezifischen Begriff Der Strategie

Abstract

________________________________________________ A central theme of the research project QuaSiD is the concept of digitization strategy. Within the framework of this working paper, a relevant understanding of the general concept of strategy as well as the university-specific use will be developed. Firstly, the concept of strategy in general will be examined in more detail and then refined to the concept of higher education strategy. In doing so, the organizational special features of universities are always taken into account and the perspectives of key actors on the concept of strategy in the context of higher education are presented and reflected.
