Matrice de compétence Unix pour l'apprentissage de la Bioinformatique

Abstract

Ce référentiel de compétences concernant le shell Unix dans le cadre d'un usage bioinformatique a été créé par le groupe de travail e-formation de l'Institut Français de Bioinformatique. L'objectif est de définir des compétences attendues en bioinformatique selon des niveaux de difficultés croissantes, structurés par groupes thématiques. Les compétences sont cumulatives : ainsi, les compétences acquises à un niveau donné sont également attendues au niveau suivant. Chaque compétence a été définiede manière opérationnelle en suivant la classification des objectifs d’apprentissage selon Bloom [Airasian, P. W. et al. A Taxonomy for Learning, Teaching, and Assessing: A Revision of Bloom’s Taxonomy of Educational Objectives. (Longman, New York, NY, USA, 2001)].
