This repository makes available the model output as well as the code used in the manuscript entitled "Evaluating the potential impacts of the diurnal vertical migration by marine organisms on marine biogeochemistry" by Aumont et al. Additional files are required to run the model that can be obtained from the official NEMO website or from Olivier Aumont. The output files are in netcdf formats and the variables are documented as metadata in the files. Any supplementary informations can be obtained by contacting Olivier Aumont.
