Despite the difficulties, the modern literary fairy tale has enormous potential. It can become a tool for education, enlightenment, formation of values and development of the child’s personality. It is important that authors, publishers and society as a whole are aware of this responsibility and work together to create fairy tales that will not only entertain, but also teach, educate, and inspire.
