
In order to survive in our globalising world and to take our place as a country in all sectors, rapid developments in world agriculture have started to make the use of intensive agricultural techniques compulsory. Recently, especially chemical-containing agricultural pesticides such as pesticides, insecticides and herbicides have brought negative effects on honey bees (Kumova et al., 2003).
