Colección y caracterización morfoagronómica del subgénero tacsonia en la zona andina del departamento de nariño, colombia

Abstract

En la zona andina de Nariño - Colombia, se colectaron 99 materiales, 91 del subgénero Tacsonia y 8 del subgénero Manicata. Las semillas se sembraron en una colección de trabajo, con el fin de preservarlas y realizarles la caracterización morfoagronómica “in vivo”. Las muestras corresponden a las especies: Passiflora tarminiana Coppens y Barney, Passiflora tripartita var. mollissima (Kunt) Bailey, Passiflora tripartita (Juss) Poir, Passiflora mixta L. F., Passiflora cumbalensis (Karst) Harás, Passiflora pinnatistipula Cav, Passiflora x rosea Karst., Passiflora manicata (Juss) Pers y las accesiones BGP 63 y BGP 76. El 64,8% de los genotipos se ubican en la zona sur, destacándose el municipio de Aldana con mayor diversidad. El análisis de componentes principales (ACP) y el análisis de correspondencia múltiple (ACM), permitieron caracterizar las muestras y formar grupos mediante el método de caracterización jerárquica. En el ACP se conformaron 5 factores que explican el 66,30% de la variación total evaluada, la clasificación jerárquica permitió agrupar 4 clases, las características con mayor aporte a la variabilidad fueron: peso del fruto y longitud del pedúnculo, destacándose el grupo uno. El ACM expresó el 50,60% de la variabilidad total en los 5 primeros componentes, el análisis de clasificación permitió discriminar 5 grupos de especies, los caracteres que más aportaron a la variabilidad fueron: forma del fruto y presencia de antracnosis Colletotrichum gloeosporioides (Penzing) Penzing y Saccardo, los grupos de P. tarminiana y P. tripartita, se caracterizaron por ausencia y presencia de la enfermedad respectivamente.
