Buçalışma, Bartın Üniversitesi İslami İlimler (n=97), Eğitim (n=58) ve EdebiyatFakültesi (n=51) ile BESYO’da (n=31) 2016–2017 öğretim yılında öğrenim görenöğrencilerden, tesadüfî olarak seçilen toplam 237 öğrenci üzerinde yapılmıştır.Araştırmada, üniversite öğrencilerinin dini tutum ile hayattaki anlam düzeyleriarasındaki ilişkiler incelenmiştir. Kişisel Bilgi Anketi, Dini Tutum Ölçeği veHayatın Anlam ve Amaç Ölçeği, 151 kız ve 86 erkek olmak üzere toplam 237öğrenciye, 2017-Mart ayı içinde uygulanmıştır. Dini tutum ile hayatın anlamıarasındaki ilişkiler; cinsiyet, bölüm, yaşanılan yer ve ailenin eğitim düzeyigibi değişkenler açısından incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda, dini tutum ilehayatın anlamı arasında pozitif yönde önemli bir ilişki (r=0,336; p<0,01)bulunmuştur. Ayrıca, öğrencilerin dini tutum düzeylerinde bölüm ve ailenineğitim düzeyi açısından; hayatın anlam düzeylerinde de cinsiyet, bölüm,yaşanılan yer ve ailenin eğitim düzeyi açısından anlamlı farklılıklargörülmüştür.

The purpose of this study is to firstdetermine whether there is a relationship between the religious attitude andmeaning of life, second, it examines the relationship between some demographiccharacteristics of the students involved in the research and the meaning oflife and religious attitude. This study was carried out on a total of 237students who studying in 2016-2017 academic year the way of method of random. Personal Information Survey, Religious Attitude Scale and Meaning andPurpose of Life Scale wereperformed in 2017 March. As a result, a significant positive correlation(r=0.336; p<0,01) was found between levels of religious attitude andmeaning of life. In addition, it was seen that there were significantdifferences in religious attitudes of the students in terms of departmentsand educational level of the their parents, and at the level of meaning oflife in terms of genders, departments, place of livings and educationallevel of the their parents.
