Abstract

El presente trabajo, tiene como objetivo, analizar como el buen manejo de la Gobernanza universitaria en las universidades , permite que las mismas, puedan ser constructoras de justicia social y paz en los colombianos. Todo parte de una correcta comunicación, entre el usuario a que se presta el servicio y el gobierno colegial interno de la universidad , así como la adaptación que las universidades deben hacer ante los cambios que el mercado exige constantemente, igualmente de las diligencias administrativas que se realizan en las universidades , los cuales deben procurar minimizar las trabas que estos generan, pues así los estudiantes podrán tener acceso al aprendizaje de educación superior, permitiendo de esa manera , una inclusión más equitativa, en donde las universidades se beneficiarían por sus políticas a los estudiantes y a ellos mismos , atrayendo a más personas y generando un cambio en la sociedad, pues educan a miles de jóvenes en seres pensantes que buscaran solucionar sus problemas de la mejor manera; con el dialogo.

The objective of this work is to analyze how the good management of university governance in universities allows them to be builders of social justice and peace in Colombians. All part of a correct communication between the user to whom the service is provided and the university's internal collegiate government, as well as the adaptation that universities must make to the changes that the market constantly demands, as well as the administrative procedures that are carried out in universities, which should try to minimize the obstacles that these generate, since this way students will be able to have access to higher education learning, thus allowing a more equitable inclusion, where universities would benefit from their policies students and themselves, attracting more people and generating a change in society, as they educate thousands of young people into thinking beings who seek to solve their problems in the best way; with the dialogue.
