Abstract

L’industrie agro-alimentaire, avec ses chaînes de production à grande échelle et le besoin croissant de traçabilité, est confrontée au problème du contrôle automatique de la qualité des produits qu’elle fournit. Un des enjeux majeurs est la mise en place d’un système de contrôle non destructif capable de traiter un grand volume en temps réel, afin de retirer de la chaîne les produits abîmés. Nous proposons un système d’imagerie microonde compatible avec une ligne de production industrielle. Le principal verrou scientifique réside dans l’identification du contaminant car il s’agit de résoudre un problème inverse mal posé. Nous avons montré expérimentalement qu’une classification à l’aide de SVM non-linéaire permettait d’avoir recours à un système temps-réel, compact et bi-bande fonctionnant entre 2,5-3,5 GHz pour les boissons, et entre 6-8 GHz pour la pâte à tartiner.
