Views and Expectations to the Course of History Islamic Sects (Sirnak University Faculty of Theology Sample)

Abstract

The history of Islamic sects is included in lessonswhich are taught under various names from Ottoman times, in daily madrasahs andtheology faculties till this time. The history of Islamic sects is within thetradition of theology education and teaching in terms of past, present andfuture perspective ways. So it is indispensable in this discipline. That’s whywe aim at meaning and the issues of the importance of Alevî-Bektashi course inTurkey views and open discussion in our article in the light of the data wehave collected from the students who are adressees the course of HistoryIslamic Sects which is taught in the Department of Contemporary Islamic Movementsand discussed the findings which we have obtained from students. In thisrespect, firstly, we dealt with the brief the history course of Islamic Sectsfrom the Madrasa tradition to Theology Faculties. After that, since 2008 thetheology faculty which has admitted students, it has been recommended anddetected the history of Islamic sects on the theology faculty students’attitudes and the past, today and future of the history of Islamic sects. Inour study, a questionnaire was applied to a total of 155 students who took the historylessons of Islamic sects regardless of gender and age difference during the2016-2017 academic year and the results were evaluated. At the same time, thecontribution of the theoretica lcourse of the history of Islamic sects to thepractical effect of the theoretical orientation, namely co-habitation, has beenassessed

Osmanlıdan günümüzemedreselerde ve İlahiyat Fakültelerinde İslam Mezhepleri Tarihi dersi geçmişe,günümüze ve geleceğe bakan yönleriyle ilahiyat eğitim ve öğretim geleneğiiçinde olmazsa olmazlar içinde yer almaktadır. Makalemizde İlahiyatFakültelerinde İslam Mezhepleri Tarihi Anabilim Dalında okutulan Çağdaş İslamAkımları ve Türkiye’de Alevîlik-Bektaşîlik derslerinin anlam ve önemini konununmuhatapları öğrencilerden topladığımız veriler ışığında incelemeyi ve ulaşılacakbulguları tartışmaya açmayı hedeflemekteyiz. Bu kapsamda çalışmamızda ilkolarak İslam Mezhepleri Tarihi dersinin medrese geleneğinden İlahiyatFakültelerine kadar kısa tarihçesi ele alınmış, daha sonra 2008 yılından beriöğrenci almakta olup, on yıllık geçmişe sahip olan Şırnak Üniversitesi İlahiyatFakültesindeki öğrencilerin tutumları üzerinden İslam Mezhepleri Tarihi eğitiminindünü, bugünü ve geleceği üzerine tespit ve önerilerde bulunulmuştur.Çalışmamızda 2016-2017 eğitim-öğretim yılında cinsiyet ve yaş farkıgözetilmeksizin İslam Mezhepleri Tarihi dersi alan toplamda 155 öğrenciüzerinde anket çalışması uygulanmış ve sonuçlar değerlendirilmiştir. Bununyanında İslam Mezhepleri Tarihi dersinin teorik yönünün pratik hayattaki tesiri,yani birlikte yaşamaya katkısı değerlendirilmiştir.
