Abstract

El propósito del presente trabajo de investigación fue identificar, describir y documentar enfermedades de origen fungoso que ocasionan muerte en plántulas de especies forestales en condiciones de vivero, en el distrito de Juan Guerra, Región San Martín. Dicho trabajo fue llevado a cabo en respuesta a la falta de información técnica documentada y originada en el medio sobre dicho tema, lo cual provoca que los productores forestales no realicen el manejo adecuado; en el caso específico de las enfermedades; al detectar las mismas, realizan aplicaciones de plaguicidas de forma desacertada lo cual provoca problemas de tipo económico para el mismo productor forestal, así como ambientales, entre otros. Se tomaron muestras, con síntomas de enfermedades; dichas muestras fueron remitidas para su respectivo análisis al Centro de Diagnóstico de Sanidad Vegetal del Servicio Nacional de Sanidad Agraria – SENASA Lima. Luego del análisis se diagnosticaron 10 diferentes géneros de hongos patógenos los cuales fueron: Armillaria sp., Colletotrichum dematium, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, Cylindrocladium sp., Fusarium oxysporum, Lasiodiplodia theobromae, Phoma sp., Phomopsis sp., Phyllosticta sp., Rhizoctonia sp.; que afectan raíz y hojas de plántulas forestales. Al termino de la investigación de proveen de información sobre el hospedante, síntomas y características morfológicas de los patógenos identificados.

The purpose of this research work was to identify, describe and document origin fungal diseases that cause death in seedlings of forest species under nursery conditions in the district of Juan Guerra, Región San Martín. This work was carried out in response to the lack of technical information documented and originated in the middle on this issue, which leads the producers do not engage in forest management suitable to the specific case of the disease, to detect them, pesticide applications performed so unfortunate that causes economic problems for the forest manager, and environmental, among others. Samples were taken with symptoms of diseases such samples were sent for examination to the Center for Plant Health Diagnostic Service National Agricultural Health - SENASA Lima. After the analysis was diagnosed in 10 different genera of pathogenic fungi which were: Armillaria sp., Colletotrichum dematium, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, Cylindrocladium sp., Fusarium oxysporum, Lasiodiplodia theobromae, Phoma sp., Phomopsis sp., Phyllosticta sp., Rhizoctonia sp. ; affecting root and leaves of forest seedlings. At the end of the investigation provided information on the host, symptoms and morphological characteristics of the pathogens identified
