Abstract

The main objective of this work is to establish an intervention proposal for the development of different areas such as communication, social skills and personal autonomy in children with ASD through the learning corners methodology. In the first place, a foundation of the ASD will be carried out, covering its concept and its evolution, classification, evaluation, diagnostic levels and the educational needs presented by the ASD students. Secondly, we will talk about the learning corners methodology and their organization, and some current models that we can find with this methodology nowadays. Finally, an intervention proposal based on the case of a child with ASD will be given, in order to solve the different needs that it presents in the previously mentioned areas and thus give it the most appropriate educational response based on the learning corners methodology.
