Abstract

In this reflexive theoretical study, we intend to define an emerging Theory of Education, the "Theory of knowledge transfer", according to which teachers and educators promote and develop entrepreneurial skills and teach how to design a life project adjusted to interests, potentials and capabilities. So that individuals are able to autonomously use their skills and knowledge to achieve their own personal and social goals. Without forgetting that the cultivation of values and attitudes towards entrepreneurship are not innate, but learned in different ways and levels. In these times of economic and labor crisis, both the involvement of education professionals and those responsible for educational, social and labor policies are demanded.
