Abstract

Reaching success by covering customer demand and expectation in the higheststage is the biggest aim of firms in developed and exchanged world. With this aimcovering continuous change in positive way is necessary for firms, and there is a strongcompetition area between them. Capacities of workers are the most important powersource of firms in the point of supplying customer pleasure. Developments intechnology and marketing can be imitated by other firms. But imitation of job power,which is formed by workers profile, can not be made easily.In this thesis working job satisfaction and customer pleasure terms are taken intoconsideration in different ways as theory and practical. Practicing is made aboutreflection of job satisfaction degree of schoolroom teacher to customer pleasure.This working consists of three main parts.In the first part of the working: definition of job satisfaction, the importance ofjob satisfaction, individual and public elements, which effect job satisfaction, changesof job satisfaction, the importance of job unsatisfaction, topics, which causeunsatisfaction, results of job unsatisfaction, surveillance types of job satisfaction,surveillance times and benefits of surveillance of job satisfaction, and the importance ofevaluating datum, and connection between productivity, encouragement, job stress andjob satisfaction take place.In the second part of the job: development of schoolroom sector in our country,customer term of continuous of jobs, customer dependence and the importance ofcustomer dependence, the importance of pleasures of inside and outside customers takeplace in.In the third part of the working: there is a working which shows connectionbetween job satisfaction degree of schoolroom teachers or student pleasure. In the scopeof this working, teachers are thought as inside customer, students are thought as outsidecustomer. In the searching, questionnaire form, which consists of two parts, are used inorder to evaluate job satisfaction degrees of schoolroom teachers. Pleasure scale areused to students in order to evaluate pleasure degrees of students to teachers. Accordingto results of the questionnaire, it is shown that there is a meaningful connection betweenthem or not.

Gelisen ve degisen dünyada müsteri talep ve beklentilerini en üst seviyedekarsılayarak basarıya ulasmak firmaların en büyük amacı olmustur. Bu amaçla olumluyönde sürekli degisimi yakalamak, isletmeler için zorunlu hale gelmis ve birbirleriarasında kıyasıya bir rekabet ortamı olusturmustur. Müsteri memnuniyetini saglamanoktasında ise isletmelerin en önemli güç kaynagı çalısanlarının kapasitesidir. Teknolojialanındaki veya pazarlama alanındaki yenilikler diger isletmeler tarafından hemen taklitedilebilmekte iken aidiyet duygusu içerisinde çalısan profilinin olusturdugu is gücünüaynen taklit etmek mümkün olmayacaktır.Bu tez çalısmasında; is tatmini ve müsteri memnuniyeti kavramları çesitliyönleri ile teorik ve pratik olarak ele alınmıs, bir egitim kurumunda dershaneögretmenlerinin is tatmin düzeylerinin müsteri memnuniyetine yansımasına yönelikuygulama yapılmıstır.Yapılan çalısma üç ana bölümden olusmaktadır:Çalısmanın birinci bölümünde; is tatmininin tanımı, is tatmininin önemi, istatminini etkileyen bireysel ve örgütsel farklar, is tatmininin degiskenleri, istatminsizliginin önemi, tatminsizlige neden olan konular, is tatminsizliginin sonuçları, istatmini tarama türleri, tarama süreçleri ve is tatmini incelemenin yararları ve verilerininyorumlanmasının önemi ve is tatminiyle verimlilik ? güdüleme ? is stresi arasındakiiliskiler yer almaktadır.kinci bölümde; ülkemizde dershanecilik sektörünün gelisimi, isletmelerindevamlılıgında müsteri kavramı, müsteri baglılıgı ve müsteri baglılıgının önemi, iç vedıs müsterilerin memnuniyetinin önemi ele alındı.Üçüncü bölümde; dershane ögretmenlerinin islerinden tatmin düzeyleriyle,ögrenci memnuniyeti arasındaki iliskiyi ortaya koyan arastırmamız yer almaktadır. Buçalısma kapsamında iç müsteri olarak ögretmenler, dıs müsteri olarak ögrenciler elealınmıstır. Arastırmada dershane ögretmenlerinin is tatmin düzeylerini ölçmek için ikiana bölümden olusan anket formu uygulandı. Ögrencilerin ögretmenlerine karsı olanmemnuniyet düzeylerini ölçmek için, ögrencilere memnuniyet ölçegi uygulanmıstır.Yapılan anket sonuçlarına göre her ikisi arasında anlamlı bir iliski olup olamadıgıortaya konmustur.
