Marmara University Open Access System serves scientific and artistic products such as books, articles, papers, theses, encyclopedias and artistic works produced by our faculty members and students in accordance with international standards and intellectual property rights. The system covers digital copies of all Ottoman, Arabic and Persian manuscripts and printed works conversed at our library. New materials and products have recently been added to the system. Cüneyd Orhon Photo Archive, Kemal Karpat Archive, Mahmut Şevket Pasha Collection, Mehmed Fuad Köprülü Archive, Mesut Tufan Archive, Osman Öndeş Collection, Taha Toros Archive, Tekel Collection, Turing Collection and Zeynep Orhon Targaç Photo Archive which all had been conserved at the library of Istanbul Sehir University that was closed on June 30, 2020 were transfered to our open access system. They are put into service under the title of “Private Archival Collections” for all researchers.
