The thesis consists of the transcription, the summary and the evaluation of a journal in the Municipal Atatürk Library in Istanbul with a call number O. 34, which includes Jean-Louis d'Usson Marquis de Bonnac's correspondances with the Ottoman bureaucracy, who served as French ambassador in Istanbul in 1716-1724. The introductory part deals with the Ottoman-French relations in 1700-1730, the life of Marquis de Bonnac and his days in Istanbul as French ambassador, also.While a significant part of the documents is about the Church of the Holy Sepulchre/the Church of Kamame, they contain various aspects of the Ottoman-French relations in 1716-1724. Tez çalışmamız 1716-1724 yılları arasında İstanbul'da Fransa elçiliği yapmış olan Jean-Louis d'Usson Marquis de Bonnac'ın İBB Atatürk Kitaplığı Muallim Cevdet Yazmaları, nr. O. 34'teki Osmanlı bürokrasisi ile yazışmalarını hâvî mecmuanın transkripsiyon, özet ve değerlendirmesinden oluşmaktadır. Ayrıca tezin giriş kısmında 1700-1730 yılları arası Osmanlı-Fransa münasebetleri, Marquis de Bonnac'ın hayatı ve İstanbul sefareti kaleme alınmıştır.Mecmuadaki belgelerin büyük bir kısmı Kamame Kilisesi ile ilgili olmakla beraber, 1716-1724 yılları arasındaki Osmanlı-Fransa münasebetlerinin birçok farklı veçhesini de ihtiva etmektedir.
