Formação continuada de professores alfabetizadores no Brasil : percepções sobre o PNAIC

Abstract

Se investigan las percepciones de docentes alfabetizadores participantes en el programa de formación continuada del Pacto Nacional por la Alfabetización en la Edad Cierta (PNAIC), en el período de 2013 a 2015. Los objetivos específicos consistieron en verificar si el docente alfabetizador comprendió su papel en la gestión del proyecto, el trabajo pedagógico y el concepto de alfabetización en la edad cierta, además de identificar si hubo apropiación de las directrices de la política educativa para la formación del docente alfabetizador como agente de responsabilidad social en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje. Se buscó aporte teórico en Day, Gatti, Nóvoa, Sacristán y Tardif.
