Abstract

En primer lugar se ha realizado una revisión de antecedentes, con el objeto de definir qué es la convivencia escolar, así como cuáles son los factores y estrategias que se deben tener en cuenta a la hora de estudiar esta temática. Tras esta revisión se ha determinado la contextualización del centro objeto de estudio en esta propuesta. Además se ha establecido qué normativa afecta a la convivencia tanto a nivel estatal como autonómico. Asimismo se ha concretado cuál es la situación del centro objeto de estudio en cuanto al clima de convivencia actual. Después de exponer toda la parte teórica, se han utilizado diferentes herramientas de diagnóstico (encuestas, análisis DAFO, revisión documentos del centro…) para poder establecer los objetivos de la propuesta de intervención en base a las necesidades del centro. En la propuesta, encontramos actividades para mejorar la convivencia en tres bloques fundamentales de la comunidad educativa: familias, profesorado y alumnado. Estas propuestas se dividen en diferentes actividades enfocadas a cada colectivo, estas son de tipo formativo, informativo, interactivo, académico… Seguidamente a estas actividades, se recoge la evaluación de cada una de ellas, para comprobar si la propuesta sería adecuada, esta evaluación se basa en diferentes hojas de registro, control, cuestionarios, encuestas, es decir, herramientas que permitan obtener un feedback acerca de la implantación de la propuesta. Finalmente se establecen las conclusiones obtenidas tras la realización de este trabajo, estas se proponen en línea con los objetivos marcados al inicio del proyecto, se determinará en qué medida se han logrado estos, así como las limitaciones de este trabajo y las propuestas para la mejora docente. Abstract: In the first place, a background review has been carried out, in order to define what school coexistence is, as well as what are the factors and strategies that must be taken into account when studying this topic. After this review, the contextualization of the center under study in this proposal has been determined. In addition, it has been established which regulations affect coexistence at both the state and regional levels. Likewise, the situation of the center under study in terms of the current coexistence climate has been specified. After explaining the entire theoretical part, different diagnostic tools (surveys, SWOT analysis, review of center documents...) have been used to establish the objectives of the intervention proposal based on the center's needs. In the proposal we find activities to improve coexistence in three fundamental blocks of the educational community: families, teachers and students. These proposals are divided into different activities focused on each group, these are educational, informative, interactive, academic…Following these activities, the evaluation of each one is collected, to check if the proposal would be adequate, this evaluation is based on different registration sheets, control, questionnaires, surveys, that is, tools that allow obtaining feedback on the implementation of the proposal. Finally the conclusions obtained after carrying out this work are established, these are proposed in line with the objectives set at the beginning of the project, it will be determined to what extent these have been achieved, as well as the limitations of this work and the proposals for improvement teacher.
