En diálogo con el futuro. Ecología política y justicia intergeneracional

Abstract

Proteger los derechos, los intereses o las necesidades de las generaciones futuras es hoy un estatuto desde el que somos poderosamente interpelados y que exige severos reajustes en nuestra civilización. Antes de decidir la medida en que atenderemos su llamado, ya sea en la forma de una ética responsable o en términos de justicia, valdría la pena revisar los discursos fundamentales, así como su desarrollo actual, para considerar algunos conflictos que surgen en su seno: desde las posibles ambigüedades -que nos conducen a fáusticos 'malentendidos'-, a los reduccionismos -que facilitan la exclusión de ciertas partes inestimables de nuestro ecosistema. A (casi) todos estos trataremos aquí de responder, con la ayuda de algunas propuestas desde la ecología política.
