Abstract

The present report reflects my professional activity developed in the last ten years with the children with special educational necessities. It is a reflection about my professional performance and it mains point is to obtain the Degree of Master in Special Education. At the beginning it is made a short approach to the educational policies related to the integration and inclusion of these children with special educational needs. This approach, also intends to highlight the importance of the development of the functional skills in order to prepare the young people for live after school. The transition process to active life of the children with special educational needs is a current issue and worry to the educators, parents and society, so it is fundamental to develop in these children social, academic, labor, and personal skills that permits to them a successful transition.
