[EN] At the present study possibilities for introducing artificial temporary pastures in the Ebro Valley on dry land conditions have been shown. Medicago sativa L. (dry land varieties), Agropyrum mtermed'um Host. and Onobrychis sativa behaved as the best adapted species. For diferent seeding mixtures, advantages of drilling over broadeasting have been printed out. Also the soil fertility level has been improved over the five year period of pasture. Includíng a pasture period on dry land crop rotations, is advised.
