Decenes Jornades de Foment de la Investigació de la FCHS (Any 2004-2005) La creciente diversidad del alumnado de los centros educativos motivada, tanto por la integración del alumnado con necesidades educativas especiales dentro de la escuela ordinaria como por los flujos de inmigración, han evidenciado una serie de necesidades en los profesionales de la docencia y su contexto educativo. En la presente investigación se plantea si el profesorado está preparado para atender a la diversidad del alumnado de los centros de enseñanza obligatoria y realiza prácticas inclusivas. Se recoge información de 70 profesores pertenecientes a diferentes centros educativos de la provincia de Castellón. Los resultados parecen demostrar que el profesorado realiza prácticas inclusivas independientemente de la formación que ha recibido o de los recursos de que dispone en el centro. The increasing diversity of pupils within educative centers, motivated by the integration of pupils with special educative needs in ordinary school and by immigration flow, has put into evidence a series of necessities for the professionals of teaching and their educative context. In the present investigation one considers if teaching staff are prepared to attend the assortment of pupils of primary and secondary schools and carry out inclusive practices. The information was gathered from 70 teachers belonging to different schools within the province of Castellón. The results appear to demonstrate that teachers carry out inclusive practices independently of the training they have received or the resources of the school.
