Abstract

The textbook Esports Training provides a broad introduction into esports training, methodical knowledge, pedagogical aspects for coaches, sports and compensation exercise, social communicative competencies as well as sports psychological basics. For coaches in esports this book is fundamental to for structured planning of training. With concrete recommendations for action within the different topics it is a must have for everyone who deals with training in esports. With this book, Markus Moeckel as the head of the ESBD-Academy at the German Esports Federation sets a milestone for the development of sustainable training in esports.
