Abstract

Islangold, a flue-cured tobacco cultivar, is recommended for growing in New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island. It is equivalent in yield to Virginia 115, but superior in leaf grade quality and tolerance to black root rot.Key words: Tobacco, Nicotiana tabacum, flue-cured
