Abstract: Counseling Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) is very important for students in the school, because humans have the capacity to act in ways that rational and irrational. While bullying is where there is a desire to hurt, frighten, or make others feel depressed, trauma, depression, and helplessness. Thus the formulation of the problem posed in this study are: Is There Effect of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) Against Bullying Behavior Students of SMPN 18 in academic year 2021/2022. Therefore, the technique of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) plays an important role in addressing these problems. The objectives to be achieved by the researchers is to determine the Effect of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) Against Bullying Behavior Students of SMPN 18 in academic year 2021/2022. Data collection methods used in this study a questionnaire as the principal method, while the method of interview, observation and documentation as a complementary method. Related to this, the researchers used the data to analyze the test data analysis with the formula t t-test with the results of a calculation that the value thitung ttabel 5.628 and 2.447. Thus, this study showed thitung greater than ttable (5.628> 2.447) so the results are significant. Therefore, the researchers conclude that the null hypothesis (Ho) No Effects of Effect of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) Against Bullying Behavior Students of SMPN 18 in academic year 2021/2022.Keywords: Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), BullyingAbstrak: Konseling Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) sangat penting bagi siswa di sekolah, karena manusia memiliki kapasitas untuk bertindak dengan cara yang rasional maupun irasional. Sedangkan perilaku bullying adalah dimana ada hasrat untuk melukai, menakuti, atau membuat orang lain merasa tertekan, trauma, depresi, dan tak berdaya. Dengan demikian rumusan masalah yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah: Apakah Ada Pengaruh Teknik Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) Terhadap Perilaku Bullying Pada Siswa Di SMPN 18 Mataram Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022. Oleh karena itu maka teknik Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) sangat berperan penting dalam menangani permasalahan tersebut. Adapun tujuan yang ingin dicapai oleh peneliti adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Teknik Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) Terhadap Perilaku Bullying Pada Siswa Di SMPN 18 Mataram Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa angket sebagai metode pokok, sedangkan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi sebagai metode pelengkap. Terkait dengan hal tersebut maka untuk menganalisis data peneliti menggunakan analisis data uji t dengan rumus t-test dengan hasil penghitungan bahwa Nilai thitung sebesar 5,628 dan ttabel 2,447. Dengan demikian maka penelitian ini menunjukan thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (5,628>2,447) sehingga hasilnya signifikan. Oleh karena itu peneliti mengambil kesimpulan bahwa hipotesis nol (Ho) Tidak Ada Pengaruh Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) Terhadap Perilaku Bullying ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) Ada Pengaruh Teknik Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) Terhadap Perilaku Bullying Pada Siswa Di SMPN 18 Mataram Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022 diterima.Kata Kunci : Teknik Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Bullying
