The study examines the apophatic aspects of synergistic anthropology. The research deals with three areas of human being in a synergistic discourse: ontological, ontic, and virtual ones. Refusing to study the essence of human and shifting the emphasis to energy as an action-event are regarded as an apophatic operation. The paper shows that human ultimate states, their genesis and dynamics are the subject matter of synergistic anthropology. Determining these states, synergistic anthropology approaches the concept of an ontological boundary; overcoming it means a change in ontological status for an individual. The concept of the Extra-Source is considered as an apophatic instance. It is concluded that, from a perspective of synergistic anthropology, human is between two apophatic poles related to the ontological and ontic areas.
