In this paper, we establish an uncertainty principle on hyperbolic space H n = S O e ( n , 1 ) / S O ( n ) {H^n} = S{O_e}(n,1)/SO(n) , which prohibits f from being confined to small neighborhoods around any point in H n {H^n} under certain assumptions on the Fourier transform f ~ \tilde f , where f is a normalized L 2 {L^2} function on H n {H^n} .

| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 2 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
