This study was conducted to identify and assess the perceived impact of agricultural programs provided by the LGU of the municipality of Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija, the Philippines for the fiscal year 2013-2016. It also aimed to determine the strategies employed by the LGU in disseminating these programs and how they were effectively distributed to the beneficiaries, particularly to the farmers. In addition, it was conducted on the selected barangay of the municipality where the programs have been conducted. Findings show that the majority of the farmers from the selected barangays in the municipality agreed about the effects of each program because it provided substantial assistance leading them to an easy and productive way of farming. However, some of the residents disagreed and had no opinion on some of the programs. Moreover, there were differences in terms of the satisfactory level of the farmers based on the parameters which were also used to measure the perceived effects of each agricultural program. Thus, farmers from the chosen barangays claimed that the programs were properly and effectively disseminated through barangay visitations, coordination, meetings, seminars, and training.
