Right To Education- A Fundamental Right or Not?

Abstract

Began, with the meaning of education and its evolution with the time, Education is not now only limited to books only but it can be grabbed from anywhere either from the society or from the environment. The aim of this paper is to put light on the evolution of education and it’s need in a person’s life. Education is not only about getting an opportunity to learn but it is also a fundamental human right that is essential for the exercise of all other human rights that are provided by different provisions and organizations. This paper also talks about all the relevant provisions and amendments of the Indian Constitution which supports the constitutionality of right to education as a fundamental right. This paper also talks about the various international conventions and organizations which supports education as a matter of right.
