Abstract

Spanish Abstract: El objetivo del estudio fue caracterizar el uso del Cuadro de Mando Integral, luego de varios anos de su utilizacion. La investigacion tuvo un caracter descriptivo-explicativo, apoyandose tanto en un diseno longitudinal como en la practica de consultor empresarial de uno de sus autores, emitiendose reflexiones propias. Se realizo un estudio bibliografico, auxiliandose en el Balanced Scorecard Usage Survey 2018, realizado por la consultora 2GC. La investigacion puso de manifiesto que el Cuadro de Mando Integral se fortifico como instrumento administrativo asociado a la ejecucion estrategica, se alineo a la estructura y motivacion empresarial, se perfecciono la comunicacion intrinseca y rigio la mejora de la informacion. English Abstract: The objective of the study was to characterize the use of the Balanced Scorecard, after several years of its use. The research had a descriptive-explanatory character, based on both a longitudinal design and the business consultant practice of one of its authors, issuing its own reflections. A bibliographic study was carried out, using the Balanced Scorecard Usage Survey 2018, conducted by the consultant 2GC. The investigation showed that the Balanced Scorecard was fortified as an administrative instrument associated with strategic execution, aligned with the business structure and motivation, intrinsic communication was perfected and the improvement of information was governed.
